How custom itineraries work
After you contact us with basic trip details (dates, number of travellers, interests, mobility and preferred comfort level) we prepare a customised draft. That draft shows a suggested route, daily activities, transport type (usually 4×4 vehicles or minibuses depending on group size), and accommodation level (comfortable mid-range by default; higher options possible on request).
You review the draft and ask for changes — pace, extra nights, different parks or more cultural time. We revise until you are satisfied and then confirm logistics: local guides, drivers, park permits and internal transfers. A deposit secures bookings and we provide a clear payment schedule and final documents before travel.

We can help secure permits and book specialist local guides for certain parks, but permit timing and lodge availability can require early confirmation. We do not book international flights; travellers should handle those independently.
Booking timeline and what to expect
We usually reply to enquiries promptly and send a first draft within a few days. After you approve the final plan we confirm bookings and provide an itinerary pack with contact details for your driver and guides.
